Recently refurbished
Due to its architecture with large glass surfaces, the house is very bright. The renovation sought to keep the charm of the past in the house, adding modern equipment for the kitchen and bathrooms.
The Living Room and the Dining Room
Large living room of 30m² with a dining area with light passing through and a lounge area facing the sea. A television with DVD player is located in this room.
The Rooms
Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a balcony overlooking the sea. The first, very large, a true master suite, has a King size bed (160cm wide) and an en-suite bathroom. The second is a single room, with a 90cm wide bed.
On the second floor, a rotunda bedroom, allows a 180degree view of the sea, even of England; the bed is 140cm wide. The last bedroom on the second floor has a 140cm wide double bed, as well as an extra 90cm wide single bed.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, abundant crockery and kitchen appliances, as well as an electric filter coffee maker. A freezer and a washing machine are located in the cellar.
Bathrooms
On the first floor, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet (in the house there are two other toilets, one of which is on the ground floor). The second floor bathroom has a shower with multi-jets and a sink.
Other
Behind the house you will have a terrace equipped with tables and chairs and a barbecue; this terrace is continued by a garden with garage, allowing bicycles to be sheltered, if necessary.
